Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is made especially for you! After you place your order, it takes 1-3 business days for our trusted production partners to create your item(s). Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • USA: 3-7 business days

  • International: 10-20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and do not include potential delays due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! We are thrilled to ship our products to customers all around the globe. International shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our site (if you created one at checkout).

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately at lobsarts@gmail.com. We process orders quickly, so we can only change the address if we catch it before it goes into production. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

Products & Quality

Who creates and ships the products?
We are a print-on-demand store. This means we partner with industry-leading manufacturers (like Printify and Printful) who handle the production, packaging, and shipping of every order on our behalf. This allows us to focus on creating amazing designs and ensuring you get high-quality products without holding excess inventory.

What is the quality of the products like?
We are committed to quality and only work with top-tier suppliers who use premium materials and state-of-the-art printing technology. Our products are designed to be soft, durable, and made to last. The print quality is vibrant and designed to withstand washing when you follow the care instructions.

What are your products made from?
We offer a range of products made from various materials (e.g., 100% ring-spun cotton, premium polyester, etc.). For specific material details, please check the product description on the item's page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?
Because each item is printed on-demand just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

However, your happiness is our top priority. If there is a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will gladly replace it for you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with clear photos of the issue, and we will help you resolve it immediately.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We are so sorry if this happened! Please contact us right away at [your email address] with your order number and a few photos of the damaged/defective product and its packaging. We will review the issue and send a free replacement as soon as possible.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Mistakes happen, but we’re here to fix them! If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid label for you to return the incorrect one.

Sizing & Care

Where can I find a sizing chart?
Sizing charts are available on each product page. Please refer to these charts carefully before ordering, as sizes can vary between different product types and brands. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How should I care for my product?
To ensure your item lasts as long as possible, please follow these general care instructions:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors.

  • Use non-chlorine bleach only if necessary.

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry.

  • Do not iron directly on the design.

Absolutely. We do not store any of your payment information on our site. All transactions are handled by Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment processing system, ensuring your data is always protected.
