We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. Please review our updated policy below.

General Return Policy

We have a 25-day return window, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn / unused, with tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Digital products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

  • Because our products are made-to-order, refunds for non-defective reasons are not accepted.

Accepted Return Reasons

We only accept returns for:

  • Defective items caused by a production error

  • Incorrect items mistakenly sent by us

If your item is defective upon arrival, please contact us following the instructions above. Our goal is to resolve issues by providing a correct, high-quality replacement.

Non-eligible Damage

We cannot accept returns or exchanges caused by:

  • Improper washing or mistreatment

  • Normal wear and tear or accidental damage

  • Size, fit, or measurement issues selected by the customer

  • Minor imperfections not affecting wearability

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at lobsarts@gmail.com.

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

  3. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.

We may not require the item to be returned depending on the situation.

When Receiving Your Package (Important)

To help ensure smooth support and successful claims:

  • Inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

  • If the packaging is dented, torn, or looks mishandled, take an unboxing video (more advisable), or take photos before opening.

  • Keep all packaging materials, including the box, inner wraps, and shipping label, until the issue is resolved.

  • Report any problems promptly for faster processing.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Digital products

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Personalized/custom-made items (unless defective)

  • Perishable goods, personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for size, color, or style changes.

We only offer exchanges for confirmed manufacturing defects. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the defect

If confirmed, we will provide instructions for your exchange.

Free Returns for U.S. Orders

  • All U.S. orders qualify for free returns and exchanges.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label.

International Returns

  • For all other regions, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If the return package is lost or damaged during transit, we cannot issue a refund.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in unused, original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you when your returned item is received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
