Returns and Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Digital Products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Custom/personalized items may not be eligible unless damaged or defective.
- U.S. orders enjoy FREE returns and exchanges.
- For all other regions, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
